Thank you for replying. Do you turn off the PC forcibly by holding rower button pressed? Please check system journal Event Viewer for possible errors at these moments, especially Kernel-Power errors. DistributedCOM errors should be ignored. Or save system journal to evtx file and share it to OneDrive for analysis. Your computer isn't receiving data, writing to the hard drive, et cetera in its off state. Sounds like you're confusing completed updates for pending updates.
Look carefully at the headers in the download section of Steam and note what's queued, for when, and what's been updated. No its in my library, when I look at my library it says those games need to be updated. Is such a thing even possible? For me I guess, its kinda stupid, but my motherboard has leds on it and they stay on even after I turn my computer off, probably because my power supply doesnt turn off.

If you are windows 10, close all windows then use alt-F4 and choose shutdown. If you really want to be sure it is shutdown, unplug it. Last edited by NS Plover ; 6 Jun, pm. Go to Solution. What you can do is schedule your PC to shut down at a certain time.
